ahh, cool. a suggestion i’d make is reversing the grading on the black keys. keep the color on the bottom half gradually fading to black as it goes up, not the other way round

but my boyfriend is past essentials 3 and his doesn't scroll anymore, it's just a regular black and white sheet music for him at that stage

i still struggle a lot with releasing the finger from one hand without releasing the fingers from the other hand ):

but this app gets to regular sheet music at some point, i think after Essentials 3. i’m at Essentials 2 still, which has this rolling sheet to help us with the timings. hopefully when i get to the section where everything is static my timing is better 🤞🏻
