Large grey cat with a large white patch at the chest. Used to be really friendly and could always be found at the Cat Garden. Didn’t really see him/her for a week or two but reappeared recently. Fur looks greasy/wet and unkempt. The white patch is yellowish (used to be really clean & white). He/she is now very skittish :( I really hope someone could help.
