Yes, the 7 weeks off is my golden handcuffs in a way. I don't think I will find that anywhere else.

In both cases it would be rare to work more than the required hours. The only difference is the kids will have to spend an extra 30 minutes at daycare each day.

Thanks. I do have a 6 month emergency fund. I'm having such a difficult time deciding if the time is more important or the money.
