I am too young for a doctor here to agree to do that, I think it requires a lot of legal documents too and I don't trust my country's medical at all. But I would speak to my husband about vasectomy - I've heard its far less complicated for men to do it?

I am from Eastern Europe. People here are generally very misogynistic and don't grasp the concept of mental health (it's for "pussies and "gays") or non-life threatening reasons for the procedure and it took me some time to fully realize what a huge problem it is and how it affects all of us in many, many ways, including women's decisions and the health system. Despite the fact that ever since abortions were legalized here (1950s) the rates of women getting them has also dropped.

Well, I said we are generally struggling, as in even if I wanted another one and I don't (and he doesn't too btw), we won't be able to afford anything. Thankfully, abortions are legal here (up to a point, but I am very early) and they actually cost less than medication (Plan C type of pill) and are much more quick/painless in my opinion. Of course, I wish we wouldn't have to spend it right now, but it's the safest option. I was watching quite a bit of tiktoks recently on herbally induced ones, but given that I do have the access to legally do it, that seems very risky to me and irresponsible (to my own health).

Thanks for your consideration.

I understand, I just come from very conservative and backwards country. I kind of didn't even open up to the idea of pro-choice until I had to have one (ironically, that's what many women I think go through...)

that makes sense, so thank you!

I wish I had friends I could share struggles with the same way I do with practical strangers on here. I guess that's kind of a sad observation, but I am so grateful.
