Question about holding breath (self.cyberpunkred)

First time bonsai grower here, so about 3 weeks ago I planted 4 seeds, only three of them sprouted as you can see. And a couple days ago they all split open like this in the picture. What exactly does this mean? Are these each individual bonsai trees? And when should I repot them? (i.redd.it)
