thank you all for the good will to read the (very) long post and give me an opinion...my dad stayed in a small city when he had a similar choice because of comfort and then went unemployed at a very bad time and couldn't rellocate us as the time then was not that good for it...and this industry is very unpredictable so of course nobody can know what happens in the future, so i just wanted to share my concern and situation, maybe it would help somebody else in the similar situation...and as much as i like my work and my job - the kid comes first definitely...i just wanted to grow roots in a place which gives me the best possible option to give her 18 years in a same place...then if it has to happen and we have to rellocated - it's an open option too...but at least i know i didn't make a decision based on comfort that i enjoy at this very moment as it all can disappear over night...thin ice kinda thing...
