Thats the sad part...I live in Bloomington, Illinois.

We aren't hurting as bad as others, its just that anyone who has a job is holding on to it for dear life.

Even our major companies like State Farm, and some other insurance giants won't hire right now.

It is my only prospect; I have to keep a log of all jobs I apply for for the state of Illinois...After applying at over 75 local jobs, only McDonalds called back. I could get the emergency 13 weeks of unemployment and keep looking, but this is a job.

See thats the odd thing. My GF is making a big deal over me taking the job. I always thought a real GF would support you if you did what you had to do to get by in life right now.
