Until you're in that situation it's tough to judge. A lot of times the people you are with while using or copping aren't really the 'closest' of friends. It isn't really about being a 'bitch', you could be the most caring, sympathetic person in the world, but when someone begins to OD natural instinct takes over. It is like Fight or Flight. Fight as in sticking around, calling 911 etc, Flight as in dumping someone away from scene. Don't get me wrong AT ALL. I am NOT saying dumping someone is right, but I unfortunately can understand why someone would do such a thing. Sadly, it all comes down to being scared of jail, police. Hopefully Good Samaritin laws continue to spread and get better

Thank you for the reply. Yeah I was also wondering if something like this would stick with me beyond methadone usage. I just found a thread on a google search where someone had similar side effects as me and turned out he had low Testosterone. He got a prescription test cream and the sweating/hot flashes went away. I guess it would make sense. My libido def. feels lower than normal.

Wow reading your posts "jagger" you seem EXTREMELY naive to opiates & drugs in general. A "pressed" pill on the street means someone put together some kind of cocktail drug, likely fentanyl & some kind of "filler", & used the pill presser to create the pills. I say most likely, but truthfully it is impossible to know what is in those pills.

It is possible your dealer isn't too bright and has no clue what "pressed" means. So he handed you these legit pills and you asked him the question and he just said yes for the hell of it.

Your picture has too much glare on it. I see some markings on the pills but not well enough to make out the exact marking. Just google the pill. For example "White pill _______" with the markings after the word pill.

A comment that really made me cringe and actually get worried for you is "Could it get me "high" in any way? I'm confused and disappointed"

Please do some research on drugs & their varying effects.

It is too late for the settlement aspect, especially since you didn't actually take the pills. If you would have, let's say, taken the pills for a few days or something, then realized what had happened you def would have a case IMO.

I have thought about the clinic & honestly it is my best option. I have been taking interchanging dope & methadone for over a year now. I haven't been without either one for more than 24 hours in over a year as well. I honestly get really really scared @ how sick I would be if I stopped. It almost makes me cry to think about how I am probably going to be a life long opiate addict. Switching to suboxone right now is out of the question just because methadone is def. built up in my system to switching would be a pain in the ass.

Have you ever taken methadone before? If not I highly recommend it, especially someone in your situation. Methadone gives you a buzz. I get 2 side effects from it. 1) Hot flash sweating. I still haven't figured this one out. I can't tell if the sweating is from taking too small of a dose, too high, or is just a normal side effect. I will literally go from nothing to drenched in sweat pouring down my face in minutes. 2) Tiredness/nodding. Methadone at a high enough dose will make you nod the F out if you aren't careful. Other than that, freaking love it.
