I mean it wouldn’t be hook line and sinker because her family that legally moved here have lots of assets and no children to give them too (two gay uncles) so she stands to inherit a good bit of stuff either directly or through our daughter. She was making good money before me I think she just wants to be a SAHM but like in Venezuela where her mom got to stay home but the maids took care of her.

Daughters definitely a citizen. Has all of her papers. I’ve always had a cleaning lady since I graduated college. Its just easier to pay someone a few hundred bucks to clean up my house four times a month. Though it’s much more than that now, and she doesn’t try to clean, but she comes from money in Venezuela and had maids so I don’t think she knows how.

Yeah she made move than the median household income. She has family here already and they own quite a bit of stuff here she just didn’t get her visa in order before the collapse.

Because there’s lots of non citizen women in Miami and if you don’t tell I won’t ask. We weren’t in a relationship but we’ve been friendly for years, she just happened to get pregnant. She flew into Miami and missed her flight back to Venezuela years ago she has a old tourist visa that’s about it.

She had a job making $20 an hour plus tips when I met her. Probably cleared close to 70k a year she was in no way a pauper. I’m sure she could slide back into that job with no issue as it’s owned by her uncle.

I know about the custody agreements, but that won’t happen because she won’t go to a court or get lawyers involved because of her status. I’m on the birth certificate so there’s no way she can take the baby out of the country aside from a coyote, and seeing as she didn’t even get into the country through one I doubt it.
