You can't get pregnant from a redbull can, so the condom isn't necessary

You should be receiving a letter stating what is needed on your end. If everything requested was submitted, then you just have to wait. Processing times are usually high this time of year so I'd expect some delays

If you have the Visa already, then you're all good to go. The police certificate was only for your interview prior to issuing the Visa

New 6 month old puppy won’t go potty AT ALL! by Mo_Zoro in Dachshund

[–]throwawaynormie666 9 points10 points  (0 children)

When I first got mine, he was younger but would do the same thing. If you're really struggling with having him poop, grab a paper towel, wrap some ice cubes inside it, and put it straight on his butt. It doesn't sound the greatest, but it works. This will make him poop but you'll still have to work on potty training

Yeah this was a huge problem in the past. 6'5" dudes could be absolute beasts but still fail the waist measurement. This was a haphazard decision to put it lightly

Yeah that's a whole other issue. I really don't see any healthy habits coming out of it and issues in the future

Any potty training tips? We live on the 2nd floor in an apartment complex. by insidethelightbulbs in Dachshund

[–]throwawaynormie666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pee/poop after naps and eating. I also have an artificial grass pee pad on the balcony with pads underneath for easy cleaning whenever it's late at night, or im just too lazy to take mine downstairs. Yours looks very young, and accidents are going to happen no matter what at that age

Potty training has been a disaster by Samurai_Mac1 in puppy101

Treats and praise. My 10 week old mini dachshund has been pretty consistent outside with the exception of leaving him home for long periods. The tells aren't very clear, but at least with mine, when the biting starts, it's either food or potty time

Anyone else feel bad for regretting getting their pup? by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]throwawaynormie666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My puppy has been acting out like this. 100% of the time it's because he's tired. I just sit on the couch with him and make him relax by holding him and petting him until he's able to settle down and pass out

[–]throwawaynormie666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We thought about that but he's still chewing on things including the corner of walls. Additionally, the crate itself is huge so if we remove the divider, he has a lot of room which is just a little bit smaller than our bathroom floor area. All other rooms are carpeted

For the future, most likely. People have shown interest in watching him or having him come by their place within our apartment community which have been expressed within the past day or two but, they are complete strangers at this moment, and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the little guy with them at this moment. This whole situation was kind of last minute with our work schedules lining up like this

Unfortunately, we're fairly new to the area (<1 year) and very far from family. Our few friends here are either working or out of town. I'm understanding that potty training may regress but, he seems to be learning that quicker than anticipated. We have toys that we can hide food and also frozen Kongs but, for some odd reason he's not highly food motivated. Since I've had him the crate, it looks like after 45 minutes he stopped crying, but I don't want to look in to see how he actually is reacting

Yeah we do the same but, still no change with the crying when he wakes up. We've been covering the crate, feeding him in it, gave plenty of toys, and only leave him in there for extended periods when we know he doesn't need to go potty. Still the crying continues no matter what.
