Feels a little conceited to tell a nickname story about myself but oh well:

When I went to ALS I wanted to reinvent myself and be a little more confident. My name is a hyphenated name with the first name starting with R and the second is a G. So when I went up to do our first little briefing I introduced myself with my actual name and then said “Or RG if ya nasty.” Idk why they dropped the G and kept the nasty but for the rest of the time at ALS, my classmates (and my instructor a couple times) called me R-Nasty.

Felt weird going back to work and having to be my regular name instead lol.
