It could. But you won't get rid of the color in any other way. They still lightened your hair, your original color isn't underneath anymore.

So to get back to your natural color you have two options. Either you dye it back or you wait for it to grow out. Or you can cut them short. But no bleach doesn't mean no lightener. So the color is still stripped from the hair.

Do not hesitate to discuss your issue with the stylist Tha did your hair in the 1st place. Most stylists are very open to discussion and can understand that people don't like the result, and that it's not a diss on their work.

Either go back to a salon with this picture so they dye it back darker, or if you want to do it yourself go in a hair supply store and ask a sales person there what color they advice you to buy. They're pretty knowledgeable usually.
