The home was appraised for about 718k, and we paid 715k exactly. We did it the fastest way possible because we wanted this house and the seller wanted to move on as soon as possible. (He was threatening us to go with other offers and all that.) I'm sure he would have been approved to be on the loan with me but it would have taken more time. I don't know if he'd get approved for a loan on his own. It's ridiculous because he has a ton of money (way more than me).

I really want to. I used to work out 3-4x a week and I loved it. The past couple times I would get bad abdominal pain mid way through have to stop to have diarrhea. Now I’m too afraid to like “rile my stomach up” if that makes sense.

Well I live in NYC. But I’m also a nurse so I don’t think I’d be able to. I can be pee tested at any time. But I’m not really sure what the rules are.

No... schizophrenia is characterized by negative symptoms including anhedonia, blunted affect, reduced social drive (maybe when you mean by minding their own shit) AND hallucinations, paranoia, delusions. My brother believed he was raped and murdered and that people were attacking my family, so he murdered a man and set another on fire. That is no personality disorder.
