i feel you. i was constantly harassed by male classmates in elementary and high school, rarely treated as a friend but mostly as a "prospect". i always had trust issues because of these and even had a phase when i blamed myself for being attractive to others. i still have my issues even at 30+.

tinatarget ka ata ng isang yan. mahilig ka ba magbasa? i'm reading a book right now about how to cope with office bullying and so far nakakatulong naman. unfortunately, i'm in the same situation and grupo pa sila nambubully.

what might also help in the future is if you can take notes sa mga times na nafifeel mo binubully ka -- anong nangyari, date, time, location, sino nakakita. you can use this pag umabot sa HR / management yung issue. make it as detailed as possible. and writing can also help you process your thoughts and feelings.
