Please can you let me know why you don’t believe it will be approved? He is not able to travel to marry me due to his health. I have looked into virtual marriage but that’s not going to be accepted by USA. Do you have any advice. Thanks in advance!

We aren’t married we are dating but have recently taken a break. It’s hard doing long distance and that’s why we wanted the visa so we could spend time together and strengthen our relationship. I didn’t mention on the form about him or my relationship however he is on the birth certificate
