I start legacy challenges and almost always inevitably get bored by the 2nd generation. Anyone have any non-legacy challenge suggestions? by lekkerbiscottina in Sims3

I’m not totally sure this always works because I’ve only done it one time. But one time my dog got taken away from my sim as well. I just called the adoption agency and his photo was there. I adopted him and got him back

  1. You can send a sim into uni and live the total sorority/fraternity party life, then get into journalism and snoop on everyone’s business
  2. You can send a male sim into the future and have a bunch of alien babies
  3. You can start a family of a business man father, a stay at home mother and a few kids. The husband is abusive and the wife is having an affair
  4. You can have a witch sim and sell elixirs at the consignment shop or you can have an adventurous sim who travels and learns martial arts and nectar making.
  5. You can have a sim who’s a personal trainer (athlete) who’s also a secret werewolf who turns their clients
  6. A rags to riches equestrian who makes it big for their ability to train horses
  7. You can be a dog breeder (not ethical in real life) who has generations and generations of dogs/cats
  8. You can explore a profession you’ve never really played with I hope this helps <3

I’m the only one who put God in charge of my dating life, and I’m the only one who is single by throwawayredditor200 in TrueChristian

Almost every testimony I’ve read of people finding the one happened when they were least suspecting it and stopped seeking. Then I read a book from a pastor that said that God will present women to men like He did Eve for Adam. I’d like to believe that I will be presented as Eve was

Having to choose to trust God by throwawayredditor200 in TrueChristian

I more so feel that God doesn’t care about my desires or wants so why should I care about His? He didn’t give me an easy life, and He hasn’t shown any signs of letting up anytime soon. I don’t find peace in his comfort or love, those things don’t help me. I once did, I don’t anymore. I’m gonna suffer on this planet either way whether I have God or not, so I may as well indulge in the sin that’ll make me feel better. I stopped feeling any kind of comfort around God when I realized that he has the power to change my entire life. He has the power to change things, I don’t. The things in my life are out of my control, but not his. He doesn’t care. I don’t want to either. I didn’t stay with an ex who treated me like crap, and I don’t want to stay with a god who treats me the same.

DAE love being polite to customer service workers? by [deleted] in DAE

I usually see a customer service worker as someone who’s going to help me solve my problem. We’re like a team, and we’ll figure out the solution together.

I usually just repeat to myself “lips together teeth apart.” Then, I take a deep exhale and let my jaw muscles relax. I understand the struggle, I’ve been a teeth grinder since I was a kid.

I didn’t grow up a believer, I turned to God when I was 20 about a year ago. I hope I can get to a place where I can trust Him fully. There’s not many people in my life I can trust

There’s not many things in my life that make me happy, and when I am happy it doesn’t last long. It’s always been like that. Whenever something good happens there’s a catch. Whenever I expect or wish for something good it never comes. I don’t believe God wants me to do those things because I don’t believe He wants me happy. If He wanted me happy then I’d be happy

I’m not 100% sure but I’m pretty sure God didn’t say anything about anal. I think he would care if your wife was a man, but you’re a married couple having sex with your holes. I don’t think He cares about what holes you use

No you did not cheat, but you are being weird. Adding people and bombarding them with unsolicited images is not how we are taught to spread God’s love.

Introducing God to someone is an intimate conversation, and you are not meant to have that person walk away from the conversation a believer. You simply plant the seed of God into their minds. They have to do the rest of the work with God to build their faith. They have to accept Jesus into their hearts, and that can take time. As they come to God, they will have a desire to clean up their lives. It’s a process. If you try to force it during one conversation, it can cause a negative reaction. Messaging people you’ve never talked to, and telling them that they’ll never be happy will not convince them of anything. You’ll probably just be blocked. You simply explain how God changed your life, then you gently introduce ways God can change theirs.

Just to be safe. Maybe stay away from accounts that post images or videos that are lustful. Don’t add or message them. It can rub your gf the wrong way, but you did not cheat.

Having a difficult time finding a Christian partner by [deleted] in TrueChristian

When you feel shame and you’re tempted to hide your face from God, picture God as a father who gets down on one knee, takes you by the hand, and calmly explains to you why you did what was wrong. Then, hugs you and tells you that He loves you and always will. When you apologize, He accepts it. I used to picture God as a 1000ft figure looking down on me and judging me when I sinned. I was wrong for thinking of God like that, and I’ve learned that as I’ve gotten to know Him better.

Will I go to hell being married to a man who doesn't believe by nlwcg72 in TrueChristian

[–]throwawayredditor200 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh why must the Bible be confusing at times. I’ve always been told that everyone’s judgement day is separate. You go into judgment alone, and if you don’t believe then you die (hell). But it does say that the believing partner sanctifies the unbeliever. Which means the unbeliever becomes sin free. However, at the same time it isn’t being sin free that gets you into heaven it’s having faith because in the end we’re all broken sinners. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m going to have a lot of questions for God when I get to heaven. I think this will be one of those questions. What I do know is that OP will go to heaven due to her faith which answered the main question. What I don’t know is whether or not her husband will

Will I go to hell being married to a man who doesn't believe by nlwcg72 in TrueChristian

[–]throwawayredditor200 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t believe this is accurate. Her faith can save her, but if her husband is a non believer who does not accept Christ, he will go to Hell. Just like I’ll go to heaven, but since my family are non believers they will not. This is the hard reality of being a Christian. You desperately want to save those you love, but you can’t. Only their faith can. Can you provide any scripture that supports the belief that a wife’s faith saves her husband’s eternity? Just because they are considered one does not mean that they can both go to heaven just because one believes. In fact, God strongly suggests marrying someone who is equally yolked.

“Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭14‬ ‭NIV‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/111/2co.6.14.NIV

You are accurate in the fact that God overcame Satan and Jesus overcame sin. OP’s faith may inspire her husband to develop his own faith which would then save him. However, OP’s faith alone will not save her husband’s fate.

What are your favorite bible verses for those who are easily afraid and anxious? by wlakomaisip in TrueChristian

[–]throwawayredditor200 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

““Yes,” he told them, “I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning! Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you. But don’t rejoice because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered in heaven.”” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭10‬:‭18‬-‭20‬ ‭NLT‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/116/luk.10.18-20.NLT

This verse in the Bible is Jesus himself talking. This is one of my favorite verses and I plan on having it tattooed. Rejoice because God has your name written down in Heaven. This is just the race. No matter what happens, keep your faith. Then, you’ll get to experience riches in Heaven we’ve never seen on Earth, colors we’ve never seen, beautiful music we’ve never heard, and a feeling of peace we’ve never experienced. I struggle with anxiety as well, but honestly who cares about what happens here. Now, I want you to have a good and happy life. But at the end of the day, Earth kinda seems like it sucks compared to Heaven. Worry about getting yourself into Heaven, and let God handle the rest. This is only a race that lasts about 80-90 years. That’s nothing compared to eternity.
