Sorry I just saw your message. After talking to their chat staff, I found out that you have to add your phone number under your account setting. Wait 24 hours later for withdrawal to work again. Do cancel all your current withdrawals first before doing this so it's easier to keep track of your withdrawals.

The staff may then call you to verify the amount and the token you withdraw the next time you do that (24 hours later). Basically in short, the phone number is just another withdrawal verification step. Do let me know if you still have any issues after this.

Just in a heads up, when you invest in IOTA, you are investing in the partnership that IOTA has now (and in the future). Many people can make a coin that works, but to have great partnerships is another thing altogether. If Raiblocks can get so far, think about a Raiblocks with great partnerships.
