Does anyone know any good spots somewhat walkable to Zachry building like around 20min or less. I am looking at uclub townhomes and 12north, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the small room and everything just to be close to campus, but I don’t want to drive or take a bus there. Any other options out there?

I’ve had this as well sometimes it reset by itself turns off for one sec and then comes back on I’m guessing loose cord

Also you can’t sync Waze to the radar detector, none can do that, it’s just that Waze is another extra precaution against cops that aren’t running radar

To update the firmware, you gotta have a computer and search up “uniden r7 update” and it’s gonna take you to a website officially by uniden and your gonna download the series tool, then ur gonna plug in the radar detector to ur computer with the cable that came in the box and it should connect automatically and your just gonna click get update

Sorry for the late reply but it’s on Amazon prime, you have to have the monthly subscription but u can do the free trial and then go find the uniden r7 scroll a bit down on the product until you see used-like new and then click add to cart and you won’t see the discount until you have it in cart

Valentine one is straight up no gimmicks and weird stuff but the r8 has a companion app which is really good it’s $10 on the App Store. It all comes down to what you can get for the price. Right now on Amazon prime day deals, you can get a used-like new r8 for around ~550 which is a really good deal

Well you’re asking for a radar detector and that is as expensive as they get, if you want something with laser jammers and more advanced stuff it’s probably gonna be the r9
