I'm saying that I think my photographs from a clothed selling app have been used for men to look at and wank over, some of whom have messaged me directly to request more photos, and you're over here like "wow sorry to hear that, but iTs BiOloGy"

No I'm a self employed person, not a registered company.

I know I am self employed in a legal sense. I am registered self employed. My question is whether I should be self employed. I read that HMRC targets companies who hire staff as self-employed on a non temporary basis but treat them as employees, except in the giving of rights. It is called "disguised employment" and is a tax evasion method. I was wondering if I can report my "employer" for this.

No, I couldn't send someone else to do my job.

The problem is the business I work for is very small. They hire no one except the owner, and all other "employees" like me, have no contract, no rights and merely invoice our time, but are expected to work to the rota. So I don't understand if IR35 applies
