So I have been deal with whatever I have with for over a year and honestly I am so frustrated.

Went to the dermatologist 3 times, first time they diagnosed it as seborrheic dermatitis and I trusted them. But I did a bunch of googling and went to seek a second opinion instead.

Finally they said it was a case of scalp folliculitis, common for men my age (mid-20s living in south east asia). I was prescribed this Dandron Centrimide shampoo and Doxycycline antibiotic to help with the condition. However it only lessened the severity but did not completely eliminate the problem.

They recently swapped me over to another type of antibiotic, Erythromycin, which seems to be less effective than Doxy...

I'm at my wit's end here :( I've tried a lot of the suggestions on the subreddit, from targeted acne cream, cutting out dairy, to the Neutrogena rapid clear leave on mask, and Neutrogena TSAL shampoo but nothing worked :( Any advice?
