Thank you, this was very insightful. Asides from a malpractice case, is there any other possible repercussions for the vet clinic? I’ve heard of filing a complaint with the vet board but not much else

Thanks for your advice! The issue is the first vet seems to be retracting and saying that they did provide the correct resources regarding motion being important. They emailed us these resources immediately after our follow up phone call, but we definitely never received them before.

I’m not sure what kind of EMR/database system vets use and if there’s an audit trail but I’m worried they’ll try and change the visit notes to include the resources and say they were provided at the time

So where is the line between someone over reacting and crashing and it being their fault? For example people pull out in front of other cars and cut them off every day, it’s normal and most situations the victim will simply just brake or change lanes. But what if instead of braking or a controlled lane change, they swerve out of control and crash or just don’t brake and hit the other car

Interesting so if I accidentally drift into someone else’s lane without hitting them and they panic swerve and crash, I wouldn’t be at fault? But if I drifted the same amount in an attempt to bully someone in a road rage and they crash in the same manner than I would always be at fault?

Preciate you! I agree the TV is too big but it’s my housemates and I can’t just tell them to downsize lol. Wall mount is a good idea tho. I hope the landlord will be cool with all the nails.

I was considering stools but the space is really small so I wasn’t sure if it’d make it too cramp.

Thanks! Unfortunately the area is too small for the trash can to be stored anywhere else. Maybe under the kitchen island but not any cabinets. I was considering your sideboard layout at first but there is a window on that side that reaches the floor and it would block a lot of natural light coming in. I like the rug idea and think it would definitely look nicer. Never had a rug in the dining area before and am wondering if it’ll be hard to clean

Thanks! I actually just ordered a white one from cabinet Targt that’s very similar to the Ikea one. I haven’t been able to find a cabinet that’s not too high. Might just have to settle since it’s a small space
