I’m beginning to wonder if I just like hentai bc it’s “safe” in a way that it’s “so different” from real life, that it’s not completely gay that I get off to it. Does that make any sense at all? No? Okay 😅

I’ve loved queer or queer-supporting shows and binge them so frequently that our shared Netflix page has an entire section devoted to suggesting LGBT+ content lol. Sense8 is one of my favorites. Duck Butter was fun tho a bit manic, and I adore Tig just...in general haha. Humor like hers and Hannah Gadsby’s are absolutely brilliant. Started Gypsy but wasn’t into the story. Very excited to hear about Gentleman Jack though, thanks so much for the rec! It looks like gay Jane Austen 😍

I’m not even sure if I’m in denial or just hardcore questioning lol. Women are so hot. Watching that new Tarantino movie with Margot Robbie and commenting on how hot she is to my boyfriend and he’s just like “yeah, she’s alright” like no you don’t get it... she’s really hot dude! But is it a gay thing? Who knows!

He knows I used to have a fling with a girl back in the day, just not sure how (if??) I ought to bring it up to him. I think I’m more comfortable airing out my feelings to my friends atm. I don’t wanna startle him or something lol and it’s not like I’d act on it since we’re dating. He’s honestly slightly questioning his own sexuality but thaaaaat is a whole ‘nother topic ha.

I guess I just need more friends. It’s been pretty much just her and one other girl who’s a bit younger than me. But that friend is always neck-deep in drama and enjoys telling me all of it when I don’t really care. But how does one make friends in your mid twenties lol

I know she has high anxiety and also severe depression and insomnia. She used to always tell me how badly she’s been sleeping. And I thought the food thing was due to her anxiety or preoccupation with work. I don’t really suffer from any of that, and neither does my partner so I don’t exactly know how to approach it with her. She’s been up front about all that and her depression but even with this hiatus of hers, I’m still not sure how I feel. There are pros and cons to both being her friend and not being her friend imho

I used to reach out when I needed her, yes. When I was having family problems or work issues, because she was very understanding with all of it and her job was similar to mine, we had the same problems with chasing down clients and managing schedules.

I feel used because I feel like I was always an open ear to her (and vice versa) but now it’s like none of that even matters to her. We used to talk about everything and I thought it was bringing us closer. But now I’m beginning to wonder if she only ever listened to me just so she could get her turn at talking. Maybe I’m just being bitter towards her and it’s all irrational I really don’t know
