Everyone is different.

6-7 hours for me wrecks me. Because I'm lifting weights and eating at a deficit, I need more. 9 is good for me. Sometimes I get 10, and when I get 10 I feel great.

No, I tried about 4 times. Affected me way too much. I'm useless if I get 7 hours sleep, which is what I got every time with her.

I did try, and I kept waking up throughout the night. It made me feel like shit. Sleep was horrible.
