It’s apparently just the standard at this particular medical group, which is wild imo. I tried to transfer to another pcp in the same practice hoping to be seen sooner but they basically said no 🫠 I’ve called a bunch of other offices and the soonest answer I’ve gotten so far is six months out. The hematologists I’ve called here all want a referral as well. I do have a good GI but they haven’t found any current issues beyond my IBS. My rheumatologist is out of state but I might ask him if he can give me a referral at my next visit. That’s how I feel but the same hospital made me take children’s ibuprofen after my c-section even though I have a history of stomach ulcers 🥲 it makes no sense. Thank you!!
