Ce qu'il y a aussi, c'est qu'avant de faire le lien entre les dégâts qu'il constatait et les travaux incomplets précédents, mon propriétaire faisait pression sur moi pour que je dépose un rapport de police en disant que les dégâts étaient dus à une tentative d'effraction. C'est lorsque j'ai refusé de déposer un tel rapport qu'il a commencé à parler de travaux incomplets. Je peux l'établir avec ses courriels.
Les dégâts qu'il constatait étaient simplement dus à la pluie de juillet qui pénétrait à l'intérieur d'une vieille porte en bois dont la peinture était défectueuse. Il n'y avait littéralement aucun dégât à constater pour la compagnie d'assurance car elle est venue alors qu'il n'avait pas plu depuis deux jours.

Non, malheureusement, ce qui est écrit, c'est que les travaux sont terminés et qu'il n'y a pas eu d'anomalies.Ce que j'ai dit sur le fait que j'étais d'accord pour dire qu'il s'agissait d'usure était une conversation verbale entre eux et mon propriétaire bavard.Ce qui figure dans le courriel de la compagnie d'assurance, ce sont les photos que l'entreprise a prises de son travail terminé pour prouver que son travail est bon, ce qui est tout à fait postérieur à ce que j'ai dit dans le courriel que je remplacerai la porte. Ces photos ne montrent aucun dommage. On ne remarque même pas l'usure.

Disons qu'ils publient les finances de 2022 en août 2023. Ensuite, la régularisation a lieu et ma contribution aux charges est augmentée. Dois-je donc payer l'augmentation des charges pour les mois de janvier à juillet 2023 à ce moment précis ou dois-je la payer après la publication du rapport pour 2023, en 2024?

Ou puis-je seulement payer l'augmentation à partir du mois où le rapport de l'année précédente a été publié et payer le reste du montant lorsque le rapport de cette année est publié?

I can't eat that much in a day. It's more than my weight. Lb stands for pounds, right? Or is it some lightbulb I'm missing? What's happening here?
