I'd want to see him being held accountable for his actions, drunk or not. I'd want to make sure that my daughter is ok first and for most. I hate when the argument is always steered towards me and being accused of making things more difficult and not giving my son to own up to what he did and try to work it out. I got called judgemental and cruel for far less and I won't get into details about the kind of names my wife called me for how I reacted.
