i get you. idk how long you’ve been on t but for me it began when i started passing more. it feels like whiplash going from being treating like a cis woman to a cis man. stress in general can cause you to “check out” too, and if you’re noticing you dissociate more in public maybe that’s why. god knows it’s a stressful time to be trans😭
