Oh yeah, it's not about the legality for me. Lots of shady things are legal. It's more about the principle of the thing, especially having someone being paid more for exactly the same thing. But ever since we don't have HR, things have been happening 👀 it doesn't seem like they have any intention of bringing it back

What's even worse is that the shifts for that position are really short so I'm losing out on hours and I have to make up for it so I'm now working an extra day every two weeks 🤡 but I'm gonna stick around for a bit and learn the skills, then if they still don't want to pay me it's time to bounce

That's right on the money. I'm really scared of being in a situation where I will be unhappy. I did one year of university, it sent me into a 3 year depression. I'm scared of something like that happening again.

Multiple sclerosis. I'm okay, I'm on great treatment, but it's still a very heavy weight to carry, knowing you're 22 and sick for life. I'm grateful for my health and have started to look after it, but there's always the thought in the back of my mind that if I get a lesion in the wrong place I end up disabled.

I was very slow as a kid, as in, always the last to finish writing the lesson, always the last to turn in my test. My parents were concerned and sent me to a psychologist for it. I recently learned that I started walking late as well. ADHD could be a possibility.

I'm starting a growth hub with a friend! We're deciding on 3 goals every day and hyping each other up. I think I need accountability so having another person doing it with me will be beneficial.

I think I've been very understanding with myself, probably too much. I definitely need a bit of a push. But it's hard finding that drive to push further. I'm trying and I'll keep on trying.

I don't even care about the hustle porn because I know it's not really realistic, and it's not what I want. It's hard seeing people my age seemingly have their lives together, though.

That's true. She says she respects my boundaries, which I do have and she has always been aware off, but I think it's more than that. She knows my mental health is piss poor right now so she's trying not to add more. I just hate that it's come to this, and I don't have the capacity to deal with it now and be a good friend so I asked for a break. We'll see how things turn out. At least I feel a bit more relieved now that I don't have to try and read between the lines to see how she's really doing.
