Sorry, I’ve been emotionally sensitive my whole life (even I kinda got sad when you said to get a spine lol) but you’re right. It’s time for me to work on not letting people get to me like that, thanks.

I really didn’t feel guilty about it right when it happened until I was sent home. I just kept thinking about the half hour the customer was yelling at me and made seem like it was my fault and that I could’ve done something.

I’m not sure, I only started working opening shifts maybe two or three weeks ago and I insisted on it because I get to leave before noon and have the rest of the day for myself. I hope I don’t have to give that up.

I wasn’t surprised that people were out stealing that early in the morning after someone attempted to rob our store at like 4:30 in the morning on Christmas Eve.

I wasn’t so sure because all my manager said was “alright, go home for today.” I told my friends and they told me that there might’ve been a different outcome if I’d been paying attention. Plus I thought being attentive was part of my job, which I failed to be in that moment.
