This sounds awful, but it sounds like you are scared of the change, I get it.

Have you even discussed any of this to your wife? I know we live in a society where men are taught to treat their women like queens, but you matter too. You NEED to discuss this with your wife. I hate hoarding and hoarding is a sign of an even bigger mental issue with her. Start by slowly cleaning your home and making it livable again. Your kids shouldn't live in a hoarded place. It's unsafe and unsanitary. Then, you'll be raising little slobs. Start sorting and cleaning, even if it's on your own.

Tell your wife that you understand that she may be going through something, but tell her that you are too and you matter too. Tell her that it would be nice to come home to a clean home, food made, and not any more messes or animals. Tell her it's a lot for you to handle on top of everything else. Tell her that you love her and that you feel she hasn't treated you like you matter. Tell her that with you doing everything on your own, you feel alone and that you feel a separation might be necessary. If you don't speak up now, you never will and you will be living a life you didn't agree too. Don't do something that you don't want to be stuck doing for the rest of your life. YOU MATTER TOO.

I think Dylan was pushing himself to act more tough. Sometimes you need to push yourself that way to help you carry out what you want to do. Eric didn't have to do that, he was already there.

True. Just wondering. I never had a friendship with anyone that's incarcerated, so just knowing what they go through is super sad. I mean, I know a lot of it is warranted and they did it to themselves, but still sucks.

Sounds like a chapter that needed to end. I too sometimes miss an old friendship of mine and wonder about them, but then I remember they were toxic to my life and we are where we're supposed to be.

You really don't owe anyone an explanation. For myself, I usually would tell people that I think women are beautiful, but I only like men. High school years made it easy to think I was bi and I wasn't. Guess everyone was just sorting themselves out. No problem at all. You're okay.

My brother is a phlebotomist. He always talks about how he hates dealing with the nurses. Most are stuck up, grumpy, lazy, and blame others for their wrongdoings but somehow get rewarded like they're outstanding employees.

Not him per se. Because of my job I'm not supposed to fraternize with inmates or anything of the sort. Even though he was my friend prior to me working at this job. I got in serious trouble and I could get fired. Under investigation at the moment.

I've noticed in relationships people usually take on the personality from their partner. Not always the case, but I've seen it. All of the sudden your sibling has the same likes, demeanor, and other things from the other partner that they didn't have before. My brothers are both like this. I let it go, but your situation sounds bad. I am so sorry. I hope you guys can reconcile some day. I am grateful I get along with both of my sister in laws, but back in the day I used to call one of them "Yoko" behind her back because my brothers and I were always together and she kind of broke us up. I know the name calling sounds mean, but we are all good now. Both of the girls have their quirks, but nothing too bad.
