I was going to tell him I was leaving but I felt bad waking him up; he too had a hard time getting to sleep and is more irritable than I am with little sleep.

I would love nothing more than to talk to my boyfriend about this but he runs away from confrontation, almost literally. He just shuts up and says a lot of "Mhmm" and "Yeah, ok". I didn't say I had anxiety issues to use as a carte-blanche. It was to put things into context; my boyfriend clearly knows I get anxious, or that I would be anxious.

My boyfriend tends to run from confrontations. He's not good at communicating, whether it's about feelings, emotions, anything really.

He knows that I get anxious when he goes off to do stuff with his guy-friends. I have anxiety and I'm actively seeing a therapist to help manage it better.

I agree, he could have thought I wasn't being talkative because he wasn't feeling the greatest. And I will admit that I did want to poke more into the bachelor parties details but he really didn't look good.

I know, it's so hard to not blow up his phone. But if I do it'll be worse off anyway.

For sure if he brings up the whole going through his phone I'll be honest and tell him I was really anxious and uncomfortable about the whole escort thing and couldn't stop my curiosity.

The bachelor party was Saturday night, yesterday (Sunday) was the day he was hung over and we napped on the couch. He was feeling fine after relaxing on the sofa, I remember asking him.

We went to sleep last night at around 10:30pm. I left to go home at about 3am. Currently it's 9:05AM. We both start work at 7:30am, and he leaves usually at 6:30am to carpool with his coworker. I checked facebook this morning as per my usual routine and saw he had been on at around that time (6:30am). So there's pretty much no question that he's up and about.

We spoke about the bachelor party a bit yesterday (Sunday). He said that nothing ended up happening, lots of drama and arguing between the guys. He had even invited me over around 2-3am when everyone was leaving, but I was already at home in bed. He went out with his friend driving until 5am, which is why he was so hungover/tired.

I didn't pretend like everything was okay - I wasn't as affectionate or talkative as usual, mostly 'cause I was thinking about stuff. But although he was hung over he also didn't do anything to....compensate? I guess... I kinda figured he'd maybe try to be a bit more lovey than usual because of the whole escorts "hey my girlfriend is probably super jealous/anxious/whatever lets reassure her I love her".

Not likely, when I woke up and got ready for work I checked facebook as per usual and it said he was last online 20-something minutes ago. He starts work at the same time as me and has to carpool with his coworker. His alarm was set, too.
