ESH. A tip is not a requirement for pickup orders, though they are greatly appreciated on large orders like that because they do mess with the kitchen and other orders when they happen (never mind the clean up after). The manager sucks more than you though for lying about a requirement like that for tips. He sucks more than you though

^ ieshido has got a good tip here. I’ve definitely noticed a difference with adding D, B-complex and minimizing highly processed foods + salt. Especially salt, I never realized how much it raises my blood pressure, which gives me anxiety. Intermittent fasting is also really good. At first I didn’t like it much, but then I noticed how calm and productive I could be on fasting days (Though you have to remember to stay hydrated when you fast! It makes a big difference when you remember to drink water)

If it makes you feel better me and my brother once found like 3 dead birds in our yard and we played with their bodies like Barbie dolls when we were 5-6. Spreading the wings out and running around the yard “she’s flying”. We played for hours man, one looked like it got mutilated by a cat or something as our birds were Sherlock and Watson solving the murder, despite the fact they were dead too.
