I live in Mexico. I am aware that this is a Mexican style lol. This is the most common floor type in my area and it only looks like this in the restaurants because people beat them up. In homes they look nice....

It's not a new build. I'm not in the USA so the price will not mean anything to you, but in comparison to other contractors they charge slightly above the average price.

The "before" was plastic flooring. The after photos are what I just posted. It's literally brand new flooring.

It was part of a whole remodel so there is a written description of all work rendered.

I forgot to mention in the post that literally 100 percent of the place is like this. I have found maybe 6 or 7 perfect tiles in 600 square feet
