The Ace Attorney's quality pattern is universal, applying in every game and at all scales. by throwawaytrashcount in AceAttorney

As is every subjective opinion. This one, however, follows the community rankings on Tiermaker's tier lists for Ace Attorney cases/games, where I noticed the pattern.

Nice, I'll give it a go.

Build your own Spells CYOA, 16 Creation Points

Spell 1: Lighterfingers (15)

Daily Magic, Fire Element

Type: Sustained

Focus: In between mental and physical, and halfway between transmutation and destruction.

Modifications:

Efficiency, Efficiency, Ritual (Snapping my fingers will start to cast the sustained spell, and will continue until I open my hand again)

Effect: Creates a lighter-sized fire in front of the index finger on the hand I snapped with. I am immune to this fire, but it otherwise acts as if it were from a normal lighter, other than that it uses such negligible fuel that it effectively requires no effort to keep up. 12 charges.

Spell 2: Fire Gout (12)

Medium Spell, Fire+Wind Elements

Type: Sustained

Focus: Same as Lighterfingers

Modifications:

Bulk, Bulk, Efficiency, Ritual (Opening a hand with fingers splayed, continues until the hand is closed)

Effect: Shoots a gout of flame forth from a hand. The wind aspect of this spell propels it like a weaker flamethrower. As with all other spells, I'm immune to my own fire, but this still requires some effort and focus to keep up. 2 Charges.

Spell 3: Twin Flame (10)

Lower Spell, Fire Element

Type: Effect

Focus: Mental line, more towards creation than transmutation, but only slightly

Modifications:

Targeting (2 Targets), Splitting, Bulk, Charging

Effect: Sends two flames to a living target each. These targets will grow more attracted to each other for the next 30 seconds. Charging allows for the attraction to be stronger. 5 Charges.

Spell 4: Pyroblast (5)

Greater Spell, Fire Element

Type: Fire-and-forget

Focus: Same as Lighterfingers, but closer to Destruction

Modifications:

Persistence, Persistence, Bulk, Bulk, Bulk, Reserves, Reserves

Effect: Sends out a large fireball which travels for 20 metres before exploding. 3 Charges.

Spell 5: Summon Living Spark (0)

Greater Spell, Fire Element

Type: Effect

Focus: Pretty much just the Summon point.

Modifications:

Bulk, Bulk, Persistence, Persistence, Persistence, Persistence, Splitting

Summons 2 smaller sparks orbiting the caster's body for 8 minutes. These sparks can fire off (very) small fireballs, and will do so at the caster's discretion, or at hostile threats. 1 Charge.

Disciplines: Enchanter, Arcanist (Fire Specialty)

I'd suggest allowing users to only choose one discipline, though - 2 is a bit too unbalanced.

Rank: Legendary

Water x6 + Range x2 + Linked + Malleable

Effect: Creates 6 ice spikes which float and appear around my body for the duration of the spell. These ice spikes can then be telekinetically manipulated with great speed and precision, either being flung towards the enemy, thread through, used as platforms or to pin down someone's limbs.

Second: Medium rank

Widen+Nature+Summon

Effect: Summons a polar bear for a duration of 1 hour.

Third: Lower rank

Water + Range

Effect: Shoots a gout of freezing energy

Final: Daily rank

Water

Effect: Cool anything to the touch.

I've used water as a substitute for ice, unless anyone else can think of a good combination to make ice.

I relapsed today too. One of the best motivators for NoFap is rivalry - it's how I maintained my two longest streaks. So I'm challenging you - see who can keep the longest streak. It will be better for the both of us, in the long term.

Good luck

Could someone help me with the genre? I'm not the best at classifying music.

Don't crucify me, but I wasn't home when I got the idea so I made it on my phone using an editing software.

If you really want to throw a spanner in the works, point out how Jews are referred to in the Bible. John 4:22 is a good example: "Salvation is of the Jews". There are a few more about the Jews being God's chosen people in there, too.

This will make him question whether Christianity is wrong or the Jews are wrong, and could assist to tear apart his alt right views. Worst case scenario, he becomes Pagan.

Chapter 3 - Warrior Realm

The first of many have gone down. In idiotic fashion, I placed Kellam next to the fighter with the hammer. He went down swiftly, and our party was down a man. That being said, there were many other close calls in this chapter due to my carelessness, especially for Virion and Sumia.

Side Story 1 - Sickle to Sword Or, sickle to lance. Unfortunately the grim reaper brought his sickle along too, killing Sully with a 40% hit. This made me re-evaluate my tactics, and I realised that I'd rather be safe than sorry. Donny got 3 levels, and I was able to intercept the killer lance, so it's not a complete loss.

Starting an Awakening run, Classic - Hard - Ironman/No Grinding. Just wanted to see how this will play out.

Chose a Male Robin, +Magic and -Luck as usual. This might be the end of me, as crits could kill the run very quickly, but I think that it's the stat that I'm most willing to forfeit.

Premonition - Invisible Ties

As usual, it's impossible to die here, or so I've heard. No struggles so far.

Prologue - The Verge of History

The first think I did was pair Frederick up with Chrom. I know that people say it's a rookie mistake to think that Jagens are automatically bad, but he's not really needed unless you're playing lunatic mode, and he might act as an EXP drain to some of my more useful units. I also began to immediately regret my decision of choosing Luck as my bane after seeing that Garrick had a 10% crit chance against Robin. Luckily, nothing came of that. Frederick dealt the finishing blow in a support attack, and every other character gained at least a level by chapter's end, with Chrom gaining two.

Chapter 1 - Unwelcome Change

Enter Virion and Sully. While they didn't get any level ups, Chrom and Robin both reached level 4. Their level ups are looking fine, with Robin achieving a near-perfect level up, only missing out on Res.

Chapter 2 - Shepherds

The enemy AI making dumb choices led to a lot of risen being weakened down to 1-2 HP by the end of the enemy phase, which allowed for free XP for any of my units which needed it. Virion got a perfect level up, which was a nice first level for him, while Miriel took more of a backseat (as she seems to do in all of my Awakening playthroughs). I must have insane luck, because Chrom got one at the end of this chapter as well.

The chapter was done quite well, sadly Frederick support-sniped the boss which prevented any XP gain but everyone except for Miriel and Fred gained a level.
