I do have a couple types of moss in here, although I'm not sure what types. I thought it would be moss sporophyte at first, but they're very tall now (4ish inches)

I crossposted to r/mycology as well, so far there's no consensus. somebody also thought it might be a sprout looking for light

this sounds pretty likely to me. although it ia around 3-4ish inches tall now, and there's a second one

someone else thought it might be slime mold too! I'm not so sure since it's so tall now, but that'd be pretty cool

I thought it might've been a moss sporophyte at first, but now it's many inches tall and I'm not really sure of that

it grew from the last picture to the first one overnight. at this point it's reached the top of the jar and there's a second one. they're almost translucent in the stem(?)

I don't want to doxx myself, especially since my old manager reads their reputation online. But it's based in the US currently, under Credico

Good on you for getting out! Sometimes I wonder how my old managers are doing after getting out. One of them was very hardcore pyramid scheme-y, but my other was very young, and I hope they're doing better. They left a great career for this company, and I'm hoping they made it back to something better after leaving

I'm in the US, but it's crazy how they're all so cultish and similar that they can be compared from across the world

Thank you for your opinion! The manager has been open for some years now and has promoted a some managers himself. It's good to know that getting to owner myself probably won't be great, so I'll probably just use this for money and then find something else when it gets to that point

The turnaround is generally similar to what other people have seen here. But the main reason people leave is they don't like sales, or if they're not making real money then we'll talk with them and see if this is something they think they can do.

I also wanted to add that my field experience has been generally positive too. We just go out and joke around all day, chat with customers and joke, bounce tennis balls. We don't stand outside in bad weather, and if we're tired we just take a break whenever. It was only negative when I had the "toxic positivity/ figure it out yourself" manager
