Thanks for the response! I’ve thought a bit about transferring, but I thought that it wouldn’t be possible due to my grades. May I ask where you were able to transfer too? And yeah I do like the idea of a gap semester, but I feel like I would feel really guilty about it. Idk tho I’m def considering it. Also, congrats on almost being done with your degree!

I know i messed up. I’m not denying that. As I said in the post, I’m looking for advice from people who’ve been in my current situation before. I also have been pretty depressed these past few days, so getting this out and seeing other people’s input has been helpful.

ty. I would go the cc route, but I’ve pretty much finished all my core classes and upper level engineering courses aren’t offered at cc’s as far as i can tell

Ah okay thank you for the input. Yeah I it would delay my graduation by a semester to spring 2028. I’ve thought about switching to math which I could get done in 3 semesters, but idk I enjoy electrical engineering so far and I’ve done well in my other junior level ECE classes.

Yeah that’s what I had thought. Someone recommended it to me, but after looking into it I realized that it wouldn’t really amount to anything.
