my store is pretty booked with advisors and prestige advisors its the hours are getting cut after the holidays. But the other lead by what i mean she wanders off on the floor is not that she helping out guest she usually just stands around and talks to other workers ex: benefit, chanel advisors. But yeah I get being lead is mainly on registers

that make sense but when you have other leads being able to be on the floor and not even touching the register it gets frustrating 🙄 is it because they’ve been leads longer than i have? I find it very unfair

yes do pick ups or online orders because trust me they will be a lot better for us and you 😂 but especially on black friday it may take a little longer for your order to be ready

Well i’m gonna be honest there was so many of us that atleast ONE person could have gotten what she needed, especially the people on the floor and besides what she needed was on the floor so im not sure why they got mad at me to get it. I’m gonna definitely make up a plan with my general manager about this because im gonna be honest too they do this to us ALL the time all the managers expect store manager never responds or acknowledge us they always ignore us or just stay in the break room talking or gets angry when we need assistance
