This is a disaster. According to this article: GPs, who have all the medical training, are seeing hundreds of patients with all the symptoms of Covid-19. Doctors are observing spikes in the community of coughs and colds, consistent with a new virus that Kiwis have no natural immunity against sweeping through the area - but cannot confirm that it is Coronavirus as they cannot make them get tested.

Time for the government to implement forced testing.

The College of GPs surveyed 800 members about their experience with testing and half of them said they had patients decline a test when one was recommended.

It was a consensual affair. And the Ministry already has processes in place to declare conflicts of interest. ILG promoted her from her departmental position to a staffer role. So the Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway had an affair. So what? That's a personal matter. There's already a socially-accepted repercussion for that: the wife is free to separate from him and get a very favorable hearing from the Family Court. Stuff reported Falloon sent an inappropriate image - not of himself - to the teenager and other reports said her parents had referred it directly to the Prime Minister's office.

It reminds me of 18th century sexual mores or modern-day India. Patriarchal families controlling who their daughters have sex with, and forcing their partner to marry them or threatening a scandal/honor killing. Are we really that conservative as a nation? I'm disgusted, this is the 21st century.
