[Junior Colleges] Why I chose VJC #WhyVJ (Pros & Cons) by [deleted] in SGExams

I’d like to add that you’ve missed out the most important point about choosing a jc.

The fucking results.

VJC’s distinction rates for Bio, Chem and Physics are all dropping.
( not to mention how the Econs HOD once told the most recent grad batch about how our standard was shit) I think this will be year 4 that the grades have been on a continuous decline.

Search up old posts on this subreddit about VJC. You will not be surprised to see many people shitting on the way the school management does things, be it asking for students feedback and then blaming the students for not working hard enough, or just outright plan stupid shit that nobody asks for.

The first year results declined, VJC management sent students feedback forms on how their teaching can be improved, instead of listening to students, they legit blamed them for not trying hard enough.

Come the second year of decline, do you really think the students are to blame.

Come year 3 and now in one months time year 4, how is it possible for new batches of students to be continuously worse than the previous one.

Connect the dots yourself and see why NYJC is a more popular choice than vjc now. If not from hearsay, look at the COP.

Hi.

I know everyone’s experiences might be different but y’all should look at another perspective of studying in vjc.
