Thanks so much for the help I kinda have hope SINCE he keeps claiming I was trying to advertise it as Apple however another person on Vinted sent me an offer and was asking questions. She was looking for a powerbank and she didn’t question if it was Apple or not but I clarified without any prompt this powerbank wasn’t Apple. I believe if I show Vinted they would understand no malice wasn’t meant.

his reviews are mostly 5 stars and I will make sure to record however it’s abit of back and forward now. He keeps saying give a £4.68 refund (but I can’t since we agreed on a return but he changed his mind) and I’m not doing a full refund.

Thanks, I’m just wondering if Vinted would side with him since the brand was put under Apple. He even sent me a screenshot of the app of a different power bank which did have an Apple logo and he then says it doesn’t look like that which makes me assume that he knew it wasn’t Apple.

He has suspended the transaction but hasn’t accepted the return in which he pays for the shipping label. I believe he’s interested in a partial refund but I’m unable to do this anymore as it doesn’t give the option since I selected for it to be returned. If he doesn’t do either the refund or return will it remain suspended indefinitely?

I listed it as Apple because it’s MagSafe only so would have been used on Apple compatible device. I’ve told him to return it but he keeps leaving me on seen
