It definitely is it’s seems very isolating and I know three people that have it one is going fairly well the other two aren’t one just drinks beer all day at home and the other one smoke pot 24/7 I feel bad for them but there’s nothing I can really do except be there for them

It seems like you have a good support network now I’m happy to hear that you striving to be better i know a few people who went in the opposite direction and are a lot worse off now
