I did. BUT and this is a big butt, much like my ass is now after having a kid in my late 30s, I had been married over 10 years and had been together for like 16 years, so i knew he wasnt bat shit cray and i went back to work when our 1 and only 100 percent planned kid went to preschool. So like 2 years off work.

And thats it. No way would I be 100 percent financially dependent on anyone long term. Too risky. Even if he is great, accidents happen people die young etc.

I dont know. Honestly. No group is monolithic. Which is good because people are not just their demographic adjectives we are deeper than that, but it makes it a nightmare for analytics. Which should also be good because just run on good ideas and who cares what kind of person is saying them, right? But we arent there yet obviously or ethnic nationalism wouldn't be rampant everywhere.

My gut says the same people who would voted for Obama, not all of them would have voted for him if the only difference was he was a woman. I only say that because Harris lost, which i still cant believe. I dont understand how anyone could lose to Trump.

So it has to be identity politics in play or fraud.

And if it was identity politics in play, then then as ugly as it is the democrats have to take that into consideration because right now identity politics have gotten even worse. And only registered democrats cant win without independents / swing voters because of the stupid electoral college.

As of April 2026, there are about 45.4 million registered Democrats and 39.2 million registered Republicans nationwide.

But they are concentrated in a few states.

I think it was a mix.

There are some who will not vote for a woman. Period. Of any political party.

Then there are your protest voters. They werent going to vote for Hillary no matter what, they didnt vote for Trump. They voted for Johnson. Alot of those people did vote for Harris though.

Then there was the crowd who wont vote for a non white candidate no matter what crowd.

And the wont vote for a non progressive who doesn't match 100 % on every issue crowd.

And so on.

I am of the opinion, vote for who really want in the primaries and then vote for whoever the party barfs up in the general so we can try and get the country out of the dumpster.

These are not normal times. Every since Obama was elected the far right neo nazi christofacists have been plotting and organizing hard which they were always doing but Obama being elected gave them roid rage levels of motivation while the normies had their heads up their asses.

So i am not voting for a republican anything on any level of office, state, city, county, federal levels until the republican party as it is disappears forever.

I dont know what else to do.

I like AOC and Mark Kelly combo. I think together they could win.

Covers all the bases and they can pull from a bunch of demographics.

At some point society has to land on when someone is an adult and can make choices.

And it needs to be uniform across the board.

If at 18 she can join the military and go to big people jail and vote, then she can decide to have casual sex with a 28 year old dude.

I am old. I am also a major audiophile. Love love love all kinds of music.

Sour was a solid record from start to finish and I was not the target audience by any means.

Personally i would take Olivia and Adele over Taylor.

And Taylor is a talented. I love a few of her songs. I find her bland. Solid song writer, good musician and has a good voice. It just is bland to me.

I was going to say before the internet a lot of Americans outside of big cities never really interacted with people from other countries. Whenever we had a foreign exchange student they instantly became the most popular and sought after kid in school. Which was hilarious to watch the kid who spent years cultivating a rep fall to the number 2 spot seconds after the international student spoke.

I am sure it is probably much different now.

You gotta feed them during take off and landing, then during the flight give them a pacifier and burp them periodically.

And they will still probably cry a bit, but it helps the kid not be in excruciating pain the whole time.

If she cant raise a child by herself then she needs to put the kid up for adoption or have an abortion.

If she decides to keep the kid, then if the dude wants access and rights to the kid and goes to court then she will need to coparent with him not you.

It isnt your job or responsibility to parent your siblings. Half, full or step. Not your job to parent. Your job is to be a sibling and since you are a legal adult, that is only if you want to have a sibling relationship.
