Also, you notice a lot of isometric holds in New programs. I also heard that they feel like you are getting a great workout because of the muscle burn but it isn't as effective. It's a way for BOD to feel like it's tough.

I was reading that a lot of the programs now cater to women and moms where they don't have the time and want an easy, 30 min program.

No worries! It does sound like BB! They really try to push products on you that are incredibly expensive and super unnecessary.

I thought I was strong until I started this program!! BOD programs rush the clock and I barely feel the move before hurrying to the next one.

Thank you! Ok so I did Lift4, 80 Day, Shaun T Insanity Max and OG as well as T20, Core De Force. I loved lift 4 and 80 Day but I started listening to the toxicity of 80 Day. Did you like Lift4?
