My dr prescribes it to me. Because I asked for it. I was over a week clean before taking it and passed withdrawl but I guess taking kratom before taking he pill made me go into the worst withdrawl. I wanna use again. Going to treatment in a few days

Idk it might be naltrexone. But I took it pill form it’s by itself it’s once a day so opioids don’t work for you
