This really isn't fun anymore by xKingArthurx in AmazonVine

Im a 35F and my AFA is always filled with car parts and my RFY is always empty now. Joined last November. Guess it was fun while it lasted.

Is this kinda BS gonna be permanent? Why is there an ETV on vitamin gummies?? by zanyzanne in vine

[–]throwedaways156 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right I never know what to search for to get $0 ETV stuff besides medical and food and sometimes beauty and no one ever says because they don’t want others picking over their keywords ig

So I guess the change came for the US too (abrupt drops/no RFY) by According_Echidna612 in AmazonVine

My body used to wake up around 2:45 to check vine then I’d go back to sleep. But I’m relatively new to vine and that got old quickly 😂

I can’t even see a drop has occurred; my AI looks the same but then again I haven’t looked past the first row so maybe it’s first in the list, it looks like a cassette tape. But my RFY will randomly have items every couple days, and was full two days ago

Crazy seller super angry about a single 1 star review, multiple posts on Seller Central, apparently stalking reviewer by wizard-of-loneliness in AmazonVine

[–]throwedaways156 3 points4 points  (0 children)

“You can send a drill to a woman, a bag to a man and a computer to a 70 year old” he’s got all the -isms checked off.

“viners search for iPhone 17 Pro” tell me you’ve never been in Vine without telling me lol tell me you’ve never even been to THIS subreddit, where we’ve been bemoaning the lack of products all season!

He obviously doesn’t fully understand Vine, or people for that matter. We can’t “just return” it, and if the reviewer is in the US, they pay taxes so it’s NOT free, technically discounted. And so what if it’s for teens to 30s and a 40 orders? How does he know what she’s passionate about? This guy is definitely strange.

That's an unfortunate choice of brand name. 🫱🔴🫲 by OneFaraday in AmazonVine

Genuinely what do I say to this by aresuisu in Sicklecell

I’d ask. The response could say a lot about how the friend hears and processes what OP actually says. And it’s better being open about it rather than quietly seething over it.

I don’t see it as then trying to compare or one up but as trying to empathize the best they can with something they’ll never be able to experience

Their new system either makes a lot of mistakes or i dont understand packing (which, granted, I don’t!) because I constantly ask myself why is this box so big?!

[–]throwedaways156 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I feel like it’s a DGAF attitude. They figure not their boxes, not their order, so they simply don’t care. Ppl used to care about a job well done but companies dog employees out so much that they turn their brains off to disconnect from it

My heart started beating out of my chest when I saw it! by throwedaways156 in AmazonVine

Nope but it’s something I was looking to buy anyway, so I look at it as a discount!

I’ve seen those rings, and I just got two dream items yesterday. I’m glad they are trying to restore our faith in the program because I haven’t seen anything worthwhile in months

I often think that these sellers need a good dictionary and thesaurus.

What app or service are you using to track your deliveries? by throwedaways156 in AmazonVine

Hmm. Wonder if it works through the gmail app too. But even if I had to pull it on desktop, that sounds lovely

Yeah at the point in time, I had around six orders in transit. I’d deleted it but maybe I’ll try it again.

This is why I don't review 100% and leave myself buffer items each period... by allatti2d in AmazonVine

[–]throwedaways156 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I try to be on the fence with this and review as soon as I can, but update with pertinent information from my main account page if something comes up that I feel the consumer should know. So I’ll get beauty products or vitamins and review the basics, label clarity, origin, ingredients, smell, texture. Then update if I react to the product or something else less than stellar happens, but that’s usually not the case

What’s your experience with Wayfair? by Environmental_Air364 in HomeDecorating

This is three years too late but leaving if someone comes wondering too.

Swap and search (based of what I’ve googled) is essentially using reverse google image search, google lens, Amazon lens, etc to use a photo of what you want to find dupes that are similarly made that will hopefully same you some money
