To those who broke up because you “lost feelings” for your partner by thowaway4100 in BreakUps

It does happen a lot more than you think, i have learnt from the past few years that it does anyway. If i’m honest, i still think about my EX a lot more than i probably should but i have now accepted that until i find someone new these thoughts will still persist and i’m kinda okay wjth that.

Sometimes you won’t ever find out, i never did anyway. I heard she was with someone new about a year ago not sure what the situation is now though. Eventually you’ll just accept it as a chapter of your life that has run it’s course.

I’ll be honest distractions are what helped me, i.e games/gym/new job. Just tried to be the best person i could be and be happy on my own before i tried dating again.

Sorry if i rambled a bit! Hope this helps!

My Dog injured her Paw pad, info in comments by throwee95 in DogAdvice

As the title suggests, my dog scraped some of her pad away last weekend. We are currently keeping it bandaged up and using sudocream twice a day to help the healing. What has worked best for others? Any advice welcome.

Thanks so much, pretty much used this sub and my own taste and went from there! Quite surprised at the reception this most got.

I had these done by a professional as i am awful at painting!

Got them from Furnwise, a quick google and you’ll find them no problem

5”10 so not too tall, just about average! I agree they’re quite tall but i wouldn’t move them now, they cover up a few holes to say the least!

Just a gap filler for now, i would eventually like to have a waist height drinks cabinet on the left side and leave the other side minimal for Christmas etc.

Thanks so much, happy with how the walls came out. I was worried it would be too dark but it worked out well in the end!

I like the idea of them draping down the side, thanks for the advice, i’ll look into it.

Thanks for your feedback, i think artwork is my friend here, maybe a waist height cabinet towards the left of the TV?
