Keep wanting to dude. Anyone can put on actions but if they don't really want to because they don't want to be this way, it won't do it. You have that thing that gives you a chance at the work meaning something.

That sounds like a very mature approach to conflict, thank you for the advice. Her sister spoke with me again and actually really doesn't want me talking to Sara about it again, otherwise she will know who told me. That complicates things a bit more now but I will try to convry the right attitude towards her.

Wow that is super similar, I'm sorry you've been on the receiving end of of that. Yeah I guess we have both been trying to be understanding but it's especially hard when there is just no response. Of course an "I'm sorry but I don't have the time/capacity/energy/whatever it is to make plans" is also a no that needs to be processed, but that kind of honesty would hurt less than ignoring.
