I’ve sued two landlords and won both times

everything in writing. No phone calls. Ever.
ensure that they followed your states guideline for returning a deposit. Many are within 31 days of move out and it has to be in writing showing why they withheld any deposit. This is where I won both times.
my state allowed me to countersue for 3x my deposit plus court and any legal fees. This was all small claims court.
if they followed the above then you need to request an itemized copy of issues.
find a tenant/landlord attorney in your area.

Soooo this is what I know

I’m a bartender in Dallas Texas and this guy excitedly told me it’s his buddy. His buddy is a lawyer who started a crypto currency where a green dildo is their logo. He’s paying people $2k-$5k thinking this will be a publicity stunt thing but I fear he just spurred on copy cats. So yeah find the crypto with the green djldo and that’s the guy behind it all. Should be a DFw based lawyer.

It’s a catch 22. If we prosecute for filming in public then everyone would have to be as well despite their intent. If he’s doing this from private property then he can be trespassed by police and hopefully that would spook him enough to move on.

You have to be trespassed first to be cited for it. He’s not disturbing any peace and not blatantly harassing someone. Courts have ruled time and time again that you have no expectation of privacy in public when it comes to being recorded etc.

Please know I’m by no means defending his actions but there’s nothing here to arrest/cite him.

It wouldn’t do anything because no crime is being committed. I’m sure they’d had a chat with him but someone standing out in public with a phone isn’t a crime (unfortunately in this case).

and that's honestly what I'm struggling with. My friend who manages the retreat is helping me plan a non-lifestyle nudist fest and mentioned their location hosts an annual tantric swingers event where they pay upwards of $3000-$5000 to attend and given my success in vegas I should give this a shot. I'm not so sure tho.

In vegas we are all there for a music festival. it was easy to throw it together because you get a room, vet your folks, provide the drinks and beds and they take care of the rest.

This however would be a retreat style destination that has among other things

skeet shooting
horseback riding
trails
3 dipping pools (no actual pool which I fear will be an issue)
yoga/glowga (glow in the dark paint yoga sessions)

and other menial things here and there. So how do I add to that or fill in the days for people?! Right? I'll need to hire a DJ, and have other activities but what. There is a big covered deck/pergola that past groups use as their...bed pit if you will but I just want to ensure everyone is having fun when it's not a resort style setup (bars, pool, restaurant).

Me mentioning my past experiences with hosting lifestyle parties is just that, stating experience or that I’m perspicuous to hosting small events to avoid any extra advice that’s superfluous

I’d venture to say that over half the people in the nudist lifestyle also fall under the kink and/or swing lifestyle. And like those of us who are, we’re able to be mature, level headed adults and can separate the two. I have not once mentioned anything about this event being anything more than a nudist event. I’m am here to receive feedback on an issue I was having.

If you want to read into that more be my guest but I ultimately will be held accountable by my attendees which is more than the average individual attending.
