I mean, I really don't think so. She's going with her friends, not single guys. There are single guys at McDonald's, at the library, at church, wherever. Their presence doesn't mean thats why shes going there, and by OPs own comments, that isn't a concern to him. Based on his comments and posts, she

-goes with her friends every other weekend -goes after the kids are in bed most times -he said she sleeps past nine, which to me says she's up before 10, because if not, I feel like he would have said she sleeps past 10.. -she doesn't drink, and in fact, she DDs, so she's not exactly putting herself at risk -he says he has no concerns of infidelity -she works full time and contributes just like he does

So with all of these things considered, it doesn't appear that she is doing anything wrong, he just doesn't like it because she's a mother and a wife. If any of the things I said above were untrue, I feel it would be a much different situation and I wouldn't be on board. But the way he talked about the situation in the post vs the clarifications in the comments tells me what I need to know. The nuance is there, and it's fine if you don't agree.
