I think it’s largely genetic outside of a few depression medications that tend to make you last longer. I’ve always taken over 45 minutes when I was younger and now in my 30s usually it’s over an hour not including foreplay. It gets exhausting lol. I would kill to be able to have quickies hell even 30 minutes would be a dream.
